At Portia and Scarlett, we strive for perfection in every stitch; however, if your gown isn't the perfect fit, we offer store credit for eligible returns initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original designer tags and security seals to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 7 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the gown in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the security ribbon remains intact, as tampered items will not be accepted.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, a digital gift card for the full purchase price (minus shipping) will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
